Stremio Origin¶

Stremio™ is a trademark of its owner. This project is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stremio. The name is used only to describe compatibility.

A native TV app for Stremio addons, written in C, for LG webOS TVs (ARM).

You bring your own Stremio account and your own addons. The app ships empty and hosts or indexes nothing: it plays only the stream links your addons return, and keeps your library and watched history in sync with your account.

Features¶

• Home, Discover, Library and Search from your addons, with artwork and trailers
• The best stream for your TV and connection, picked in one press
• Styled subtitles and subtitle sync, DTS converted on the TV, Dolby Vision
• Torrent playback with an optional USB drive
• 11 languages, including right-to-left Arabic

Tested on webOS 4.4 so far. It should work on webOS 3 and later; reports are welcome.
